15-Minute Meal: Chicken Sandwich

Sometimes we don’t have a lot of time and need to get a meal on the table quickly. This delicious chicken sandwich recipe is a great option that comes together in just 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

2 chicken strips per sandwich (or chicken breast thin cut)

2 tablespoons olive oil

salt and pepper

paprika

hamburger buns


optional toppings:

cheese slices

tomato

avocado

lettuce

mayo/mustard



INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add 2 tablespoons oil into a skillet on medium high heat and add chicken.

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side.

  3. Toast hamburger buns on griddle.

  4. Build sandwiches with desired toppings: cheese slices, tomato, avocado, lettuce, mayo, mustard, etc.
