Sometimes we don’t have a lot of time and need to get a meal on the table quickly. This delicious chicken sandwich recipe is a great option that comes together in just 15 minutes.
2 chicken strips per sandwich (or chicken breast thin cut)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Add 2 tablespoons oil into a skillet on medium high heat and add chicken.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side.
Toast hamburger buns on griddle.
Build sandwiches with desired toppings: cheese slices, tomato, avocado, lettuce, mayo, mustard, etc.
